PG series roll crusher machine 

PG double roller crusher is mainly used to crush material which is below the medium hardness, such as clinker mineral, coke, slag, shale, limestone and so on. It is the most suitable for small and medium non-metal mines and chemical industries to undergo secondary and fine crushing.It has the following features:simple structure,reliable performance.

Working principle: 

The double roll crusher consists of a pair of cylindrical rollers installed horizontally and parallel to each other on the frame. The front roller 1 and the rear roller rotate towards each other. When materials are fed into the feeding box and fall onto the surface of the rotating rollers, they are pulled into the space between the rollers under the frictional force of the roller surface and crushed by the squeezing force of the rollers. The crushed materials are then pushed out by the rollers and fall downward.
