Gold ore separation flotation machine used in gold mining
Flotation is the gold veins of gold ore processing plant handling the most widely used methods. In most cases, the flotation method for processing a high floatability of sulfide gold ore, the effect is most significant, because not only through the flotation enrichment to maximize the gold sulfide concentrate, and can waste tailings, beneficiation and low cost.

Gold ore separation / gold ore recovery machine Flotation process:
1.The ore will be crushed after exploded
2.Then the crushed material will go to the Ball mill, and material will be pulverized and grinded
3.The finished products will be classified, products with not suitable size will go back to the ball mill, while suitable one will go to Flotation Systems
4.Some medicament will be added to separate target material from others
5.After the flotation systems, it will be concentrated and filter pressed, and then gets the final product
6.The whole process is finished
