Spiral Classifier Separator and Mineral Separator Machine
Spiral classifier description:
Application:
FG , FC Series spiral sand washing machine is widely used in grading ore pulp in metal mineral beneficiation flow, mining, and other industries. Primarily for ore washing, a classification, declining, condensed, etc. The spiral classifier often works with ball mill to remove the impurity and select useful minerals.
Main Features
Simple structure, reliable running. Groove's installation could be steeper, easy configuration, grit continuous discharges, if productivity and the concentration are large, cyclical load can be larger.
Two types of spiral classifier:
According to the spiral blade at the flooding end, it can be divided into two kinds:
High weir type: The top side of spiral blade is higher than the flooding level and the center of the blade is lower than the flooding level. This type is used for classification of ore with flooding size between 0.83-0.15.
Immersed weir type: The whole spiral blade is immersed in the flooding level of the flooding end. The type is used for classification of ore with flooding size between 0.15-0.07mm.
Our spiral classifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in washing.
Spiral classifier advantages:
1.Adjustable weirs
2. Sealed, submerged bearing
3. Optional automatic lubrication system
4. Overflow collection box
5. Wide range of industries serviced
6. Single spiral range from 300 mm to 2 200 mm
7. Duplex spiral models 1 500 mm and 2 200 mm
8. simple structure and easy operation.
